In 2014 MPK Loft Conversion & Construction has seen an increase in the amount of interest for Garage Conversions. We feel this could be due to the sudden increase in house prices, making it difficult for first time buyers to get on the property ladder and making it very expensive to move.
The average Garage conversion takes around 3-5 weeks to complete depending on the size of the project and the customer’s requirements. A Garage Conversion is a very cost effective way of increasing the size and value of your home.
